Ok so i know it is hard to find good pg and pg-13 movies that are not violent and sexual or really boring. I have made a nice list of movies that you could enjoy being 9 - 65 years old. I mean it also depends on the family. These movies that i have listed have a indie perspective of life but keep it funny thrilling or just not violent boring or sexual.
1. Flipped - 2010 PG
1. Flipped - 2010 PG
This lovely movie is about two kids living in the 1950's or 60's. Bryce (The male main lead) lives in a very prejudice family, he is very critical to Juli (Main female lead) Bryce he going through the bumpy rollercoaster of puberty and love and school. Juli a odd ball has had the biggest crush on Bryce even though he is kinda an asshole to her. She is a very stubborn strong girl who is thinking the best for people. Bryce thinks that she is very annoying because of how stubborn she is. Whats interesting is it is the most realistic love story i have ever seen. 2. Juno - 2007 PG-13
2. Juno - 2007 PG-13
Okay maybe i lied in the beginning. Juno does have a small short sex scene in the beginning. But you cant see anything and it only lasts about 30 seconds. So if you are watching this with your kid it will be fine (Depending on family) Juno is about a sixteen your old girl who get pregnant. Shes fine with it.... kinda. The movie is just amazing i cant even describe it! Here just watch the trailer; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K0SKf0K3bxg
3. Home Alone- 1990 PG
3. Home Alone- 1990 PG
Ah my favorite Home Alone. It is one of the best winter holiday movies. I know its spring but where i live it looks like winter still. Join this little boy around christmas when... his parents and family forget him at home over break. While they are in New York City freaking out, he is trapped at home while robbers are trying to get into the house. He is pretty much a little master mind himself. Other good one are "Home Alone 2" Home Alone 3" and "Home Alone 4" Each one better than the next. 4. Narnia- 2005 PG (The Lion The Witch And The Wardrobe)
Narnia oh Narnia. I loved the books when i was younger and still now. Narnia is also an amazing movie. I mean the book is better (Sorry to burst your bubble) But they both are amazing. Follow Lucy and her siblings through Narnia which is being taken over by the evil ice queen. Trailer; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pYcGFLgJ8Uo
5. Ferris Bueller's Day Off- 1986 PG-13
Hilarious just Hilarious! Ferris Bueller's Day Off is a about a high school student that fakes being sick and ends up in a hole lot of trouble. Him and his friends steal there dads car, go shopping, Go crazy, and a bunch of other stuff. This movie is way better than it sounds lets just say. Trailer; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R-P6p86px6U
6. The Breakfast Club- 1985 PG-13 or R
I think everyone has seen this movie before but it is just to good to not post. Ya ya don't kill me this movie is rated um... R. There is no sex or violence but they do use a lot of bad language. This 80's classic is about 5 kids who get stuck in detention. There all a bit odd and totally different on the school popularity chain. Trailer; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dkX8J-FKndE
