Today i am teaching you how to make the most crummy gooey cookies ever. They are sweet and chunky. Beware how powdery and crisp they are!
Ingrediants:
- 1 Large egg
- 1 teaspoon of milk
- 3/4 cup of brown sugar
- A little bit of love
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
- 1 stick of unsalted butter and 6 ouncess
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 2 cups of all purpose flour
- Lots of chocolate chips/chunks
Preheat the oven to 375F or 350F depending on if you like your cookies crisp or gooey. Put wax paper on a cookie pan.
In a medium bowl place the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Stir till mixed.
next pour the vanilla extract, egg, milk, and butter into a medium/large bowl. Whisk till the mixture is almost all smooth. Next pour that mixture into the dry bowl (Flour, salt, cornstarch, and baking soda) stir till a dough paste gloopy substance fills the bowl.
Roll into large chunks, then split in half and plop each on top of each other. Put in the oven for 15-25 minutes. Take out and enjoy.
